Take CARE! Productions, LLC is a consortium of education leaders committed to ensuring successful communication among the adults in schools. The consortium includes teachers, administrators, published educational authors, and parents who know the lifeblood of successful schools is communication that builds a community dedicated to kids.

Meet the designers

Jennifer Berry, MBA, has taught at the community college level and spent more than ten years designing and developing multimedia customized training projects. She has four children, including one pre-school teacher and one elementary school teacher.

Susie D'Amanti, Ed.S., currently the principal of Patterson Elementary in Lakewood, Colorado, has seventeen years' experience as a teacher, staff developer, middle school assistant principal and elementary principal. The recipient of an Eleanor Roosevelt Teacher Fellowship, she has led professional development workshops in Colorado and presented at conferences across the United States. She has three children.

Jaclyn Kostner, Ph.D. is the author of numerous textbooks published through Houghton Mifflin Company and Glencoe/McGraw Hill. With over 15 years as a public school teacher, she also has been a keynote speaker at numerous educational professional conferences. She is a parent and now an expert and author in long-distance training and communication.

Claire Noonan, M.A., an elementary teacher for thirty-five years in large urban schools, has expertise in bilingual education, English Language Development, and the reading/language arts curriculum. She has been a teacher-consultant for the Bay Area Writing Project. For twenty years she coached classroom teachers and oversaw programs to bring parents into the school. She has two adult children, one an elementary school teacher.

Paula Noonan, Ph.D., has worked in education and training for thirty years. With her own business, Frontline Solutions, she provides training and consulting services to companies across the nation. She was a content expert and teacher for an M.Ed. program at Jones International University. Paula served a four-year term as Chair of Jefferson County Schools Accountability Committee in Colorado. She has one adult child and three school age grandchildren.
